Soak your down jacket for up to 60 minutes, in sink or in machine on soak cycle. We recommend using a down-specific soap or detergent. Don’t use fabric softener.
Rinse by lightly squeezing out excess water- do not wring. You can shake gently, but be careful as wet down is heavy enough damage fabric.
For best results allow down jacket to drip-dry before tumble-drying.
Tumble-dry thoroughly on very low heat until you can’t feel any clumps of down. Excessive heat can damage down oils.
After removing from dryer, shake your jacket to re-loft the down and air for several hours before using or storing. If you don’t have a tumble dryer, we recommend professional laundering.
Ensure your down jacket is dry before using or storing.
Don't store your jacket in a stuff sac.

WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
The Item Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch. Note: From the day you receive the item you have 14 days to contact us to return your faulty item. We authorize a return for the following types of defects: poor quality materials, stains, zipper defects, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, the major difference between the product’s picture on the website and the product received.

THE SIZE I RECEIVED IS WRONG
In the textile industry, we may observe minor size differences between different brands and manufacturers. This is why it is important at Wantdo we have set some standard to prevent such this issue with the size chart. Please be sure to check it carefully before ordering. We will consider an item's size as incorrect when there is 3cm (1.18 inch) difference or more between the item's actual size and the size indicated in the size chart.
Steps to resolve the issue：
1.Contact us and provide clear photographs showing the size difference (please show a ruler or measuring tape next to the item), your order number and SKU (product) number.
2.We study your case.

-If we made a mistake by sending you the wrong size: We will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
-If you purchased the wrong size: We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a partial refund or exchange. Shipping fees will be covered by you for shipping both ways. Please kindly provide us all tracking information for your returned item. We will be able to offer compensation as long as we receive the product(s).
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/PACKAGE
