    How can I track the status of my order?

    Sign into your account and review the complete history of all your orders. To view the status of an international order, please email support@wantdo.com or view your international order history.

    How do I know if ordering online is secure?

    At WantDo fashion store, protecting your information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so WantDo fashion store is able to decode your information.

    To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well.

    Why is my item on Back-Order?

    Items are not available to ship when placed on Back-Order and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date that your order is placed, you will not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time you make your selection. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by email if this date changes.

    I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?

    Use our search bar to find what you're looking for. Try entering a keyword, phrase or item number into the Search box at the top of any page, then click Go. Narrow your results with the filters provided.

    Wantdo gift card:

    To use online, enter the gift card number, along with the access number, on the Billing Information page in Checkout. If you would like to pay with a gift certificate, please email us at support@wantdo.com

    Will you charge sales tax on my order?

    We do not charge sales tax.

    How do I use my Gift Card online?

    Wantdo Gift Cards have no fees and are redeemable at wantdo.com with a specific term of validity. When you are purchasing online, you can use it by entering the Gift Card’s access code. Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except when required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can not be replaced.

    Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

    Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

    Yes. For orders shipped internationally, you'll need to contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization form. For more information, see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

    How do I ship to an international address?

    WantDo offers international shipping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider PayPal. To get started, select your preferred shipping destination and currency. Please visit our International Shopping page for full details.

    How often does WantDo have sale events?

    WantDo has different sale activities of different items each day, customers can view it at wantdo.com. Besides, every January 1st is our exciting annual sale. This event has become legendary among WantDo customers who enjoy outstanding savings on the most exciting new fall merchandise, along with plenty of stuff for summer.

    How do I use a promotion code?

    We like to reward our customers with special promotional offers. Available promotions will be indicated on relevant pages of our website.

    Buy More, Save More: This promotion allows our customers to receive a discount by purchasing two or more of one item or specified group of items. The discount will apply in the checkout process.
